Start with a Gentle, pH-Balanced Wash
Peppermint & Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner Pack
Before any treatment, cleanse. Our sulfate-free shampoo and gentle conditioner are pH-balanced for dogs and formulated with peppermint and tea tree essential oils — a soothing wash that helps clear away build-up so the ingredients that follow can reach the skin.
How to Use
Wet the coat thoroughly, work the shampoo into a rich lather from neck to tail, rinse well, then follow with the conditioner. A weekly bath is plenty for most dogs — daily washing strips the natural oils the skin needs.

Step 02 · Rescue
Restore Comfort Where the Skin Needs It Most
Skin Rescue Lotion
The workhorse of the Dermagic system. For itchy skin, hot spots, seborrhea, and stubborn cases of Alopecia X or significant hair loss, the Skin Rescue Lotion delivers organic aloe, neem and essential oils directly where they're needed — twice daily until the skin settles.
How to Use
Massage a small amount well into the affected areas twice a day. A soft t-shirt or gentle covering helps keep the lotion in contact with the skin between applications. Give it eight to twelve weeks of consistency before you judge the results.
Step 03 · Target
Spot-Treat Small, Stubborn Areas
Hot Spot Salve
Once the skin is calmer, the Hot Spot Salve takes over on the small, persistent problem areas — insect bites, localised irritation, minor grazes and cuts, or a lingering hot spot that just won't finish clearing.
How to Use
Dab a small amount directly onto the affected spot once or twice a day until the area looks and feels settled. Keep a jar handy for the small everyday scrapes and bites that come with dog and cat life.

Protect the New Skin and Coat
Cell Restoration Creme
As the coat begins to grow back and the skin repairs, the Cell Restoration Creme steps in — a rich shea, coconut, beeswax and vitamin E formula that softens new skin, protects it from dryness, and rounds out the four-step routine.
How to Use
Massage into recovering areas as often as it feels helpful. It's also our recommendation for cracked paw pads in winter, chapped noses and hot pavement-scorched feet in summer — a genuinely year-round finisher.
